Fair Gaming
Fair Poker guarantees fair play at all times through the use of a certified and audited Random Number Generator (RNG). This industry standard system ensures consistently random card dealing and has been extensively tested by running and analyzing millions of game rounds. To further verify its' integrity and accuracy, our RNG is independently tested each month by Technical Systems Testing (TST), an internationally recognized testing facility and one of the gaming industry's leading independent third-party monitors.
Fraud Detection & Prevention
Poker is committed to a policy of ongoing fraud detection - we do not tolerate fraudulent activity of any sort on our site. Any such activity may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of winnings or civil and/or criminal prosecution of the player in question.
To verify the identity of our members, we employ a tried and tested security procedure when processing new player transactions. As part of this process, you may be required at any time to provide some or all of the following information:
- A photocopy of your current photo ID such as a driver's license or passport.
- A photocopy of each credit card (front and back) you use or intend to use at the casino.
- A photocopy of your credit card statement/s (showing your name, address and credit card number).
- A signed authorization release for each credit card used at the casino.
These procedures ensure the integrity of all electronic transactions, purchases and withdrawals made within our system. We appreciate your understanding in this matter and apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Collusion
Player collusion is something that all players detest and you can rest assured it will not be tolerated at Fair Poker. To ensure a pleasant and honest playing environment for all, we employ a combination of advanced automated and expert human monitoring tools to identify and prevent any irregular playing patterns or incidences of collusion between players.
Any such activity may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of winnings or civil and/or criminal prosecution of the player in question. Information gathered about known cheats, colluders or others guilty of fraudulent activity will be distributed to other on-line gaming sites and, where appropriate, to regulators and government authorities in the jurisdiction of the player(s) involved.
Innocent players, the victims of fraud, will be treated with sympathetic concern. We encourage any player who believes he or she has been cheated, to report the offender (in complete confidence) by email to games@fairpoker.com.
Confidentiality
Any and all information received from players is held in the strictest confidence by Fair Poker. Player information will never be forwarded to any organization for commercial or any other gain, save that required by law.
